Research at Terahertz Wireless Communications (TWC) Laboratory
Terahertz Wireless Communications: A Key Enabling Technology for 6G
What is next beyond 5G? Terahertz (0.1-10 THz) communication is envisioned as a key wireless technology of the next decade, to support 50 billions+ connected devices and Tera-bps data rates. Cutting-edge research is conducted in many different aspects, from channel modeling, physical communications, wireless networking, and interdisciplinary THz areas. Research interests at the TWC lab include Terahertz Band and Millimeter-Wave Wireless Communications (5G and 6G), Smart Connected Systems and Internet of Things (IoT), Electromagnetic Nanonetworks.
