Post-Doc Opportunities

Positions are open for Post-doc researchers whose interests lie in the following fields of research:

  1. Analog, digital, and/or RF circuit design, preferably with the knowledge of IC design software, such as Cadence and Synopsys.
  2. mmWave Antenna design and optimization, preferably with the experience of EM simulators such as HFSS and CST.
  3.  Radar and medical imaging processing, including affine transformation and segmentation algorithm.
  4. Integrated photonic systems design and simulation, with the experience of optical simulators such as Lumerical and Vpiphotonics.

密西根学院卢旭阳教授高频集成电路课题组招聘博士后

课题组科研主要基于集成电路工艺展开射频、毫米波、太赫兹、近红外、短波红外等光学集成前端的系统设计与开发,博士后将被给予全面的从教学、科研、基金撰写、获得学科与产业相关资源等全面的指导与协助,为未来开展自己的科研团队打下扎实的基础。

具有任何以下相关背景的博士或应届博士生将优先考虑

  1. 熟悉模拟、数字、射频电路,掌握如Cadence、Synopsys 等IC及PCB设计工具,有一定的版图经验。
  2. 熟悉微波天线与电磁设计与仿真,有HFSS、CST 等相关软件经验。
  3. 熟悉雷达,医学影像图像处理的算法,有一定的如仿射、分割、数字信号处理算法的经验。
  4. 熟悉光学系统的设计与仿真,有Lumerical,Vpiphotonics 等相关软件经验。

岗位待遇

  1. 年薪不低于30万元/人(税前,含租房补贴),具体额度由导师及申请者本人协商确定,另可根据工作表现和成果情况发放奖励津贴;
  2. 按照上海市和上海交通大学的博士后管理政策办理有关落户事宜,享受社会保险、公积金等福利待遇,博士后出站留上海工作,配偶及子女可随迁落户;
  3. 支持博士后在站期间申报国家和省市级博士后人才项目和研究项目(如博新计划、上海市超级博士后计划等),支持博士后参与国际合作交流与课题合作;
  4. 提供必要的办公、科研与实验条件;
  5. 博士后研究期满取得优秀科研成果者,协助应聘学校助理研究员、长聘教轨教职。

应聘条件

  1. 在国内外知名高校及研究机构已有博士学位或者近期内能顺利完成博士论文答辩,取得相关专业博士学位;
  2. 具有出色的中英文表达能力。
  3. 有独立的实验设计能力,合作能力以及高度的责任心
