Introduction
Welcome to our research webpage! We are a research group focusing on microelectromechanical systems (MEMS) with members from various disciplines. Areas of research include:
1) MEMS sensors and actuators,
2) MEMS vibration metrology technology and precision instrumentation,
3) micro-robots and miniaturized medical devices.
