๐Ÿ‘‹ Welcome to Intelligent Circuits, Architectures, and Systems (iCAS) Lab @ SJTU!


The iCAS Lab, situated within the UM-SJTU Joint Institute (JI) at SJTU, operates at the crossroads of circuits, architectures, and systems. Our research primarily revolves around two key thrusts: firstly, pioneering intelligent chip design methodologies; and secondly, crafting energy-efficient and reliable intelligent chips. To achieve these objectives, we adopt a holistic approach, encompassing the entire system stack and employing co-design methodologies. Leveraging the capabilities of AI and machine learning, we harness these cutting-edge technologies as powerful tools to drive our research forward. Our endeavors delve into the intricacies of chip design, aiming to unravel the factors that define its limits. Through meticulous investigation and hands-on design practices, we seek to elucidate these unknowns and devise optimal solutions to surmount these challenges.
